Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the friendly and helpful staff as well as the hotel's convenient location close to the city and shops. However, several reviews noted concerns about safety, noise, and comfort, with some mentioning uncomfortable beds, cleanliness issues, and disturbances from other guests. While a few found the rooms clean and basic, others felt the property was outdated and not good value for the price. Overall, the positive service and location stood out, but improvements are needed in safety, comfort, and amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews
