Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and the quality and variety of the breakfast. The location was also highlighted as excellent, being quiet yet conveniently close to attractions and the freeway. However, many guests were disappointed by the recurring issue of the elevator being out of service, which caused inconvenience, especially for those with rooms on higher floors. Other negative mentions included occasional service lapses, minor maintenance issues, and extra charges for parking. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with guests appreciating the comfortable, clean environment, good breakfast, and welcoming staff.AI-generated from customer reviews
