I moved rooms Noise level in both was pretty loud. Carpet looked very clean, but when I noticed more clearly it was real still wet and I was walking around in my stocking feet. Great property and beach front access. Only complaint is bed was super firm. Not sure if all beds are that way but it made for hard sleeping for me.

Cons (-) Room carpet was wet. Bathroom had a used q-tip in it. Construction noise across the hall randomly started at 8am.
