Pros (+) Great location, helpful and friendly staff. The room was very modern and pleasant. The pillows were real feathers! (This may seem strange to note, but is a big deal to a frequent business traveler.) I was able to easily print something that I needed from the business center. The breakfast included in the room was extensive and delicious.
Cons (-) The room was cold, and it seemed that only air conditioning (not heat) was available. The internet is unstable, which made trying to work from the hotel room a challenge. There was literally a *single* outlet in my room.This meant that I couldn't properly charge my phone and laptop because of this limitation. The outlet is at the desk only, so I couldn't charge my phone overnight (as I need the al...
