Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They really looked after us.
Good variety of restaurants and lots of vegan and gluten free options. Everything is within walking distance and the staff is super friendly
Magnificent view and outstanding hotel
Setting is beautiful, service is great, quality of the rooms are excellent
The breakfast is average, I wouldn’t recommend adding this on if it’s an option. The sound from the generator is awful and really impacts your sleep quality, wouldn’t be an issue on the beach front suites. Its caused by back up power generator when there are powercuts- these happen frequently and is not the hotels fault at all- but the 2 mountain suites by reception (room 8 especially) are extremely loud. For a luxury hotel this is really unfortunate.
Nice views over beach in the room we were relocated to. Good breakfast available in the mall cafe below the hotel.
This was overpriced and not good value for money. The hotel is accessible through a mall or underground parking. Swimming pool is size of a plunge pool. There is no spa. Hairdresser and nail salon can be accessed through the mall below but these are not part of the hotel and neither are any of the restaurants. This is not a 5* experience so if you pay highbseason rates like we did you will be disappointed. Much better options nearby. If you do find yourself here, don’t book mountain facing room, the one we had was not in best condition with locks hanging off door etc. We were eventually moved to sea view because we were so disappointed. Hotel did try their best to make up for that with dinner and champagne though.
