Really nice place, very friendly and accommodating staff. Felt very welcome
Excellent staff and service, the breakfast was amazing, top quality! It’s an old hotel and as such it looks a little tired in some of the public areas, BUT don’t let that put you off, the service was second to none and the room we had was spotless and beautifully decorated, the bathroom was a little tired but plenty of hot water and all you could need. The bed was super comfy! Lovely tea tray with good quality ingredients. We would definitely stay here again.
Good location , refurbished room , pleasant friendly staff , lovely breakfast ,
Over all it was a very pleasant stay
Location superb, Aberporth really is a very special place, and close to other coastal resorts with equally stunning scenery. Upon arrival at Highcliffe House we were greeted with the great fortune of a free upgrade to a larger room that made our stay even better than expected. Lovely owners and staff and fabulous breakfast. If I visit again, I shall almost certainly try the evening meals.
Lovely staff and breakfast was beautiful but felt that the whole place could do with a return. People want comfort when in a hotel but the bed was really bad - need urgent attention Got a really bad back still
