The Loft suite offers a two-story spacious accommodation with the master bath with oversized marble soaking tub downstairs, and a master bedroom with plush bedding and half-bath on the upper level. Pros (+) Location was good, staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) I stayed in room 211. For the price, I would have liked to have seen better upkeep. My overall experience was good but could definitely be better. I would visit again if I saw another special/promo. My concerns are as follows. Mostly minor. Pros (+) The staff was fairly friendly for the most part, and you can't beat a good soak in their huuuuuge tubs. The bed was pretty comfy and the staff was alright, if a bit rushed at times.
Cons (-) On the second day of my stay my key decided to stop working, and the hotel staff said that it must have been mis-programmed. The unique lighting on the bed was getting cracked and old and the shower was missing some of the decorative metal covering the screws into the wall.
