Cons:The price to have another guest in the pool was ridiculous. Besides that it was amazing

Cons:The hot water didn’t work. The hotel had no water my last day. I feel my money should be refunded for the last night
Pros:Excelente atención, cómodo, limpio, amigable con el ambiente... eso es muy bueno. Y sin duda volvería a este mismo hotel.

Pros:Nothing a very bad treatment and careless for customers then want to take advantage of reservations. I reserved for two people and when I was leaving they tried to charge me for my wife until I found my reservation and show it was made for two people. The rooms are not clean and the rooms do not have hot water until you discover how to handle the faucet in a way you need to spend time move slowly in order to get hot water. When you ask for help in the front desk they treat you as you committed a crime when you are paying for the services the offer and do not accomplish.

Cons:The room smelled like mold They send someone in to refresh it and it was a little better One day they didn't send the maids to clean it until 4pm when I called and complained

Pros:I loved everything about the hotel. Loved that every room had its own balcony and a view. Very comfortable and clean. My girls had a great time.
Cons:Not much negative things to say. Just at night occasionally a weird a/c noise but nothing that would keep you up. I'm just a light sleeper.
