Room was hot and dirty when l arrived. Trash on bathroom floor behind the door and trash can under bathroom sink was full. I had a business event to attend. I discussed with front desk staff moving to another room if the AC wasn't performing well. Thankfully the room was cooler when l returned. Cons (-) Check-in for my stay on the 16-18th was at 3pm. I arrived at 2:30am on the 17th after driving. (Not even 12 hours after check-in) Reservation isn't held, I'm told I have to make another booking. Decide to go to another hotel down the street because I didn't feel like giving them more money. Only refunded half my bill when I didn't even stay there and didn't cancel my reservation
