Hotel could use some upgrades

nothing like about this place, it needs to be fully upgrade there is no elevator the furniture in the lobby is dirty the rooms smell old carpet is old and stained crickets were in the room needs a deep clean also needs a store front with water bottles, laundry soap and things people need at the last minute
