“Friendly, helpful and serviceable landlady. She makes the best for making you feel at home. Breakfast is the best one I've ever had in Portugal (and that's to say a lot): except for fresh orange juice, there was absolutely everything, including a variety of homemade cakes and an amazing assortment of homemade jams I'd never seen the like before. Besides, it's served in a traditional and elegant way, with your own coffe-pot and milk jar. Simply superb. Rooms have central heating besides air conditioning, but in winter it can take quite a few hours to be heated. So, book in advance and ask the landlady to start warming your room up for you at least 12 h before your arrival. Nice view from the room I got, though the window isn't that big. Private parking inside the villa. Fairly comfortable bed, mattress and pillow. Great sleep. Absolute quietness at night.”
