Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, stunning property, and tranquil surroundings. Many found the amenities, such as the pool, spa, and family facilities, to be excellent and appreciated thoughtful touches for families. Cleanliness and attention to detail in the environment were also highlighted positively. However, several reviews noted that the hotel and some rooms could benefit from renovation, and there were mixed experiences with service, especially at the restaurant and during check-in or maintenance issues. While the food quality was generally good, some guests felt the restaurant was overpriced or inconsistent. Overall, the positives of the location, amenities, and atmosphere outweighed the negatives for most guests.
