Rural location but near a town. Nice building.
Leak at top of window was dripping. Was reported but no action taken.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent Location. Comfortable room with wonderful views (room 10). Great Food. Great bar.
The hook on the back of the ensuite shower room door was falling off. Toilet rolls weren't replenished. Entrance porch & receptionists area was very tired and gave a wrong first impression of the hotel. There seemed to be a strong smell of stale cigarrette smoke in the corridor where our room was.
