|Top route||Manila Ninoy Aquino Intl to Legazpi City Legaspi|
|Top airport||Cebu City Mactan Intl|
Cons: The staff was great
Pros: I cancel my ticket and they refused to refund me still
Cons: You can help me get my money back
Pros: Crew was very nice and helpful
Cons: Alcohol selection very limited
Cons: The connecting flight was cancelled and the ground staff in Seoul airport had no clue how to help all the stranded passengers. We were sent back and fort to transfer desk and immigration then at the booking counter at the departure level. The cancellation was not handled properly and Asiana staff had no clue what to do. For a big airline company like Asiana, we expected more. In the end, we were left to tend to ourselves and staff at the transfer desk were useless. Never experience this with any other airline.
Pros: The crew, boarding was easy and the flight arrived early. Even the snacks were good and inexpensive
Cons: This flight was perfect
Cons: Because they over booked our flight and had weight restrictions due to winds, they off boarded everyone’s checked in luggage. They say they would have it delivered to our hotel or our final destination depending on if we were staying in Manila or traveling on a connection. No one answers at any of their numbers. Hours later and still no word on my luggage where abouts.
Pros: Seat could not recline
Cons: Free drinks
Pros: Comfortable seat.
Cons: Cleanliness of plane. Remote control of entertainment screen not working. Food need improvement.
Pros: Never had the chance. Becoz I miscalculated the date. I needed a June 2nd Depart MLA to LGP. I tried to get @ least half the price and so I can rebooked my flight but the CEBGO Airline says the ticket.
Cons: since I miscalculated the date of the trip, my bad, CEBGO could have been @ least given me half the price and so I can pay to rebook another ticket. I am sure even I missed the fhat flight, they able to SELL that opening seat and EARN something. The CEBGO gate agents didn't do anything about it.
Cons: The cebu pacific airline was not organized. Flight delayed and missed connecting flight because of it.
Cons: My flight was over three hours delayed, then they gave us a 2 hour late flight and I missed my joining flight to Boracay.Had to get a hotel miss a night in Boracay and buy another ticket and Cebu wouldn’t compensate anything!
Pros: The Crew was very friendly and helpfull
Carry on v checked
Cons: I was disappointed when I was told I must check my carryon bag because it was 2 kilos too heavy and must pay 1000 pesos to check it then watch as other passengers carrying bags much larger and heavier than mine walk on to my flight unmolested. I thought this unfair since the bag in question had travelled with me since Dallas on 3 different planes
Smooth and fast flight
Pros: The pilot's take off and landing. Smooth!
Pros: It was fast and easy
Cons: The flight was delayed and no one told us why.
Pros: The flight pushed through despite the weather.
Cons: The flight was delayed because of rain and some fog. Honestly if the runway was longer, this won’t be an issue.
Cons: 1hour delay
Cons: Inconvenience to everything and everyone that involved me and my plans
Pros: Crew with bright yellow and jeans. Few looked happy and crisp. We had no food so that rating should be NA.
Cons: 3 delays. Long time in bus waiting to finally Board.
Pros: We were given cup noodles and bottled water as a compensation.
Cons: It was delayed for 2 hours.

This airline has a fleet of 20 planes, with a majority being ATR. The ATR 72-600 is the most commonly used plane by the company as it is able to hold almost 80 passengers and can travel long distances, making it particularly convenient for trips between cities that are far from one another. For shorter flights that have fewer people on them, the ATR 72-500 is a more common choice, as it can only fit up to 72 passengers and has a smaller fuel capacity.
