All the facilities in the room were excellent. Daniella, who received is was most charming and helpful. The location can't be better. The owners and the staff are most acomodative, helpful and desirous of making the stay comfortable
We liked everything about our room and will recommend it very strongly to all our friends, relatives and associates. I can't think of a better place to stay at Cesky Krumlov
The location was outstanding, and the service was great.
It was very hot, with no fans or air conditioning
Location is excellent.
It is not bright in the room.
We had a very nice and clean room, not so big but sufficient for us, with a huge bathroom (with much empty space). The room faced a pedestrian street which we really liked. The staff spoke good English and were very informative and service minded. The best thing is the location, though - right in the middle of the pedestrian area in the old town - with marvelous houses around. No meals at the hotel, but many restaurants around the corner. Excellent value for money.
We loved everything, but there is one thing you have to be aware of if you arrive by car. You can not drive to the hotel upon arrival without a municipal permit since the hotel (like most other hotels around) is located in the pedestrian zone. The hotel has paid parking on the street Linecka, number 44. The thing is that you will not find number 44 and the parking no matter how much you turn your head. This is what to do - drive on Linecka all the way up to the little bridge where the pedestrian zone begins (clearly marked). Turn around there and go back hundred meters and turn left into the little side street, then turn left again into the open space where the hotel parking is marked with signs. Then walk over the bridge to the hotel, a short walk, and check in. If you have heavy baggage and need to drive to the hotel you can do so by buying the municipal permit at the reception which enables you to drive to the hotel for unloading and loading. Then go back to the hotel parking.
