- Location was good. Sort of centrally located. 10-15 mins away from all major attractions. - Two of the staff members who catered to me were very helpful - Bathroom size was good
- No windows in the room - During the 1st night of my stay, people in the next room were too loud. They were partying and smoking and the smoke entered my room which gave me a headache. As there were no windows, it made the situation worse. Did not change the room as I was in Chandigarh for just two days and was mainly traveling - Whenever a member of the staff rang their bell, it seemed he rang the bell of my room. - Better soundproofing required - Cleanliness of the room/sheets and utensils was average and below average - Breakfast was limited and very disappointing - Overall, the service can be much much better. Enough scope for improvement

Overcharged for random things. Bad staff. Extremely rude. Have a habit of spying. Nothing was available to eat when I reached at night
