Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests generally appreciate the hotel's breakfast variety and taste, as well as its convenient location near attractions and transport. However, there are recurring complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning issues like dust, hair, and unpleasant odors in rooms. Service is also criticized, especially regarding staff attitudes and unusual requests for reviews in exchange for early check-in. While some guests found the rooms spacious, others noted them as small or poorly maintained. Overall, the positives are the breakfast and location, but cleanliness and service need improvement.
