Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location, with many highlighting the beautiful rooms and friendly staff. However, several reviews noted issues with noise levels, particularly from the street or near elevators, which affected sleep quality. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests experiencing unhelpful or unsympathetic staff, especially during special occasions or booking issues. Amenities were also a point of dissatisfaction for some, citing lack of certain features like a pool, microwave, or adequate breakfast options. Overall, while the property and its atmosphere were well-liked, improvements in service, noise insulation, and amenities could enhance the guest experience.
