This hotel was so bad, the front office clerk had us waiting 15 minutes to check in when he was outside smoking with his friends. The lobby filled up with people. Also, I ended up cancelling because as we pulled up we saw prostitutes walking around the front along with homeless people. The area was bad. Also one person was in the lobby to switch rooms because she didn’t have hot water in her room.
