Had to pay 18. For parking
They charged for coffee in the lobby. There was no breakfast. They added extra charges to my stay. There was no attempt to enforce social distancing.
The bed was very comfortable and the location was good for exploring. That is the nicest thing I can say.
We stayed 2 nights and after the first we considered changing hotels. Breakfast, What breakfast? I paid extra for a "Better breakfast" and there was no breakfast at all. I realize Covid plays a part in that but I was still charged for it and there was no communication that their Bistro was closed when we checked in. When we were checking out, I asked about being charged for two mornings of breakfast we never received. The front desk offered to comp my parking charges and offered me muffins left over from that morning on our way back on the road.
The location was great
The hotel room smelled, fan unit in room very noisy, paid parking, charged for breakfast, dirty rooms, no housekeeping service till you leave. Had to ask for spray for smell was told they'd bring it up and didn't. Had to ask for towels both shower and pool. No milk available for purchase. Key card switched out twice because it wasn't working. Customer service 2 women very rude.
The man working the day of our check out was so very nice. Went out of his way to make sure we had a nice stay. The room was comfortable and bed was great.
We loved everything except the bar wasn’t open. I’m sure it may not have been allowed with COVID 19. So that’s not their fault and we understood.
