Perhaps I should have read more carefully. Given the snow conditions, I rented an SUV and must have understood incorrectly as I expected all-wheel or four-wheel drive. I was offered a $150 upsell. I arrived 10 min. prior, And no rep was present, proceeded to call assistance number and still took about half an hour to get the car once rep showed up.
