Pros: Compared to the other rental places their vehicles are well maintained and in better condition.
Cons: It would be more convenient if they opened earlier than 9.

Pros: I liked the Ford Focus Hatch... I think it's by far the best small car money can buy. Prior to this rental I have always been pleased with my experience at Hertz.
Cons: My experience at the counter was sub par. The group was either inexperienced or unwilling to help. They threatened to upcharge at every opportunity. The mykey (I blame Ford partially) was locked and I was unable to listen to audiobooks over a week long rental. I called hertz and went to several locations with no resolutions. This weekly rental was saddening because Hertz did not fix it while it lasted. They wanted to charge me more. I tried saving a few bucks and waisted hundreds in efficiency. I pray that you have a better experience with them.
Pick up and drop off was a nightmare... the car was washed and the interior was NOT cleaned. They refused to come out to the vehicle to inspect it and didn't have an answer for me about TX tolls via tags

Told us we were good to go, that we DID NOT need a credit card..
Pros: The car was fine and once I got it 2 hours after I was supposed to all went well. Only cost @ $20 to fill up which was good.
Cons: Hertz told us over the phone after we made the reservation we were good to pick up the car at 5 pm and we specifically told them we do not have a credit card and the lady said it would be fine we were good to go. They charged our bank account for the rental. When we got there the guy tells us we can't get the car because we don't have a credit card to put on file. I had to call a family member to come to the airport and bring me one to put on file and I was two hours late leaving. This was a terrible and stressful experience, embarrassing and a bad way to start a business trip. And to top it all off the extremely unhelpful and unwilling to do anything to help us non-customer service Hertz offered was pathetic. The only way I'll ever use this company again is if someone pays me to.
Pros: The rental car was excellent, the time I had to wait almost 2hrs, they did give me 10%, discount but it threw us off by 2 hours, waiting on a car. We still will continue to rent from budget.

No car available....
Cons: I received a confirmation number for my rental and attempted to call the local office at the airport to confirm. I called the local number and was eventually connected with a call center in some foreign land, I'm guessing. They couldn't give me any further information on my rental. I arrived at the rental booth and was informed by the unconcerned-acting attendant that there were no cars available. I spent $200 in cab fares over the duration of my trip. I'll give another rental company a shot at my business next time and see if they can pull it off.
