Pros:

i reserved a car at a location that was apparently closed and someone called to let me know to pick it up at another location. that was very helpful as to not waste time.

Cons:

the dropoff location that i had selected was closed but nobody called to let me know so i wasted time and gas going to a closed location. when i got there, i tried the number and nobody at enterprise answered to help. i headed over to the address underneath the phone number and luckily it was open and i was able to drop off car. it would've been nice to have a call just letting me know that the location wasn't open.

Pros:

The drop off in white plains was great.

Cons:

The Fairfield location is terrible. There was only one person working there and she was extremely unpleasant. The store was very dirty. The car had not been cleaned....there were coffee drippings and debris in the car. The outside of the car was also filthy. The back right tire was at 7 pounds. We will avoid this location at all costs.

Pros:

The staff was rude and I had to wait outside because the place was small. They didn’t open the doors till 9:05 with a few people in front of me already waiting. When I got there the sales associate asked my name and drivers license and then immediately tells me he doesn’t have a car to rent me. So I told him I didn’t want to rent a car I reserved a SUV online. So then he looks up my reservation and tells me that he still doesn’t have an SUV to rent to me (the person before me has just dropped off an SUV) so I asked well what about that one he just returned. He said no because I have 13 other customers to rent to who already prepaid online. He didn’t offer me any other option but to walk out. Ruined my entire day

Cons:

Everything. For starters don’t allow customers to rent vehicles that aren’t available. Open the store at the right time. Don’t be rude to the customer and maybe look up the reservation before you assume what they are going to be renting. I could go on but that’s a good start.

Pros:

Drop off was very easy howerver, the rental agent was not friendly, most likely due to COVID-19.

Cons:

The car may have been sanitized but was not cleaned. I had to wash the front window due bugs covering the whole windshield left from the prior renter and it appeared someone spilled something (it actually looked like someone vomited in the vent) in the rear console vents which I cleaned with disinfecting wipes. Finally, I was suppose to get a Ford Edge and ended up with a GMC Terrain. Definitely not the same class vehicle.
