Payments are strictly via the E-ZPass or NC Quick Pass; no cash payments for tolls are acceptable in North Carolina.
Pros:Let me drop off where I wanted with no extra charge
Pros:They had the car I had reserved. Staff were very friendly.
Cons:When I started the car, I looked down and the gas gauge was BELOW empty. I didn't have time to change cars so I had to go ahead an leave- worried the entire time I'd run out of gas before I got to a station. Dude said, "just make sure you return it on empty." Right.

Cons:When I went to pick up the car, I was told that the car I reserved was not available. I booked the car well in advance, this is not acceptable. I was forced to take whatever car they had available, as I had no other alternative and didn’t want to cancel my family’s vacation which was planned months in advance. Very disappointed with Alamo.
Pros:I couldn't get the car
Cons:The fact I booked it and they didn't have any cars
Pros:Easy pick up, easy drop off
Cons:The car was dirty. The gas was between 3/4 and full. The check light is on. The cruise control don't work. There are scratches all over the car and nothing was said about
Pros:There was no staff when we arrived. We were never able to rent a car and were stranded at the airport.
Cons:Everything. When we called an explained we were stranded at the airport and there were no employees to help us. They basically said to wait until the next day when the reopen to get a car. I explained we had no transportation to spend a night in a local hotel. They offered no other options. Absolute disaster. Now i know why HERTZ has filed bankruptcy.
Pros:The rental car was not ready for pick up at our reservation time and we were told to wait for several hours after in order for someone else to drop off their car.
Cons:The employees offered no solution and could not rectify the situation at all. We just had to deal with it.
Pros:The staff was very friends and helpful
Cons:It was great
Pros:Staff friendly and helpful. Price excellent.
Cons:Car horn malfunction. Staff handled quickly and efficiently. Taxes and fees are an abomination.
Pros:The staff was extremely friendly and made the rental process easy. The car was clean and I was expecting a small vehicle for the price I paid, but it was actually nice and roomy.
Cons:The rental attendant was friendly...actually too friendly. The process would’ve have been a little quicker if he didn’t have long conversations with the customers as he was processing rentals.
Pros:Staff was very friendly and helpful good customer service.
Pros:No waiting to pick up the car and I was able to pick it up early for around $4 rather than some outrageous charge or being hit with a new daily rate.
Cons:Not a single thing.
Cons:Desk reported they have no cars despite my reservation. Employee at desk reports this is a chronic problem happening for at least a year at this locaion
Pros:Good, clean car. Great price. Car ran great and got excellent gas mileage.
Cons:I had a reservation for noon on a Friday. I wanted to pick the car up a couple hours later and tried to call the airport location where I was going to pick the car up. No one answered so I called Budget 800 number and asked if I could pick the car up at 2 pm instead of noon. The Budget 800 operator told me the location will hold my reservation for 15 hours and picking it up at 2 pm would not be a problem. So, I show up at 2 pm to pick up the car and the Budget Agency Operator said he didn't have a car for me because I was supposed to be there at noon. I told him I talked to Budget 800 number and told him what they told me and he said "it doesn't work that way". Well, I told him his problem is with Budget and not me!! He ended up finding me a car but his sour and bad attitude did not sit well with me. Then, when I went to turn car in on Sunday, I did so at noon even though I did not pick car up until 2 pm just so I wouldn't run into same problem if that same guy was working. The cage to the booth was closed so I started filling out drop-off paperwork and was almost done when I heard something move in the booth and that same Agency Operator was sitting at a desk doing something but he did not even let his presence be known or ask to help me check the car in. In fact, I even said something about not seeing him there and he didn't even respond to what I said. The Budget Agency Operator at the airport in Greenville, NC really needs to work on his CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will not use Budget again since Enterprise and Hertz have locations at the Greenville airport.
