Liked that the car was in good shape and served the purpose. The building at Budget looked very unkept and not manicured. The drop-off was a mess, in that the contract mentioned to drop off at Avis and also leave the key at Avis if prior to work hours. There as only one parking spot left at Avis and no mention of where to drop off the car if Avis was full.

Was called 1.5 hours before my scheduled pick up and was told no cars were available and that someone was going to call me when one was. I never received a call so my wife called and was told nothing was going to be available. Lousy experience and the employees should update their website.!

Noone ever told me that I needed a Credit Card that had $1800 in it to get the 15 passenger van I reserved. I found out the day I went to get it in person. We were planning on leaving 1hr after that but nooooo. We did not get the van afterall smh.
