Was missing window scraper. Car was from Florida, the windshield wiper fluid was not freeze proof. It froze solid in Pennsylvania. I had to stop several times, go to gas station to clean windshield so that I could see. THis was annoying.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The service was excellent. The staff was an incredible team. Antoine is amazing. He is so friendly, yet professional, taking care of multiple customers, yet, not one of them could feel neglected. He used teamwork, asking others to finish customer' service he had set up in computer. I looked up his name, online; it means; "from Latin Antonius) that could mean beyond praise or highly praise-worthy. " I regret, I did not get the name, of the gentleman who took me to my car, and finished my contract. He to was friendly and efficient. Then, when I returned my car, Enterprise hooked me up, with a ride home. Mr. Caesar was very nice to converse with, on the way home. Thanks Enterprise!10.0 Wonderful

I didn't know that the vehicle was not at the airport so I had to pay $40 for a cab to take me to the rental car place. had to change my reservation to drop off at the airport and was then told that I had limited miles so I got charged a lot more than I was expecting.
