Cons: They over charged me. Price was 30% more than. When I book it online. And customer service didn't do anything about it. I didn't had other than pay it and rent the car. That was absolutely worst experience

Impressed actually
Pros: We had a great experience- we were dubious about booking but the car was great, the people at the counter were very friendly, and they even had a bottle of water and nice treats in the car. They made our life easier by meeting us at the arrivals area of the airport and taking the care there-- and the price was a steal. I have to say we were very pleasantly surprised.

Hidden Fees
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The price was doubled when I went to pick up the car because they insisted that we purchase their insurance. Although I was already covered with my credit card, I went ahead and purchased the insurance that was offered online with the rental. When I tried to decline their coverage (because it was was so expensive) the Economy (AKA ISIL Rental Car) representative told me that he would not give me the car unless I bought his insurance (effectively doubling the price)! Since I had already paid online and was in a time crunch, I was forced to purchase their insurance. Moreover, I read the fine print and their insurance covered almost nothing. This company is a scam. Do not rent from them. It is worth the extra money to rent from a larger company.

Cons: Got to Izmir airport from Istanbul after 9 pm and arrived in domestic area and could not find Economy Rent a Car. After talking to several helpful people they suggested I go over to International area and yes found counter. Maybe for future rentals inform people that this firm is only available in Int'l area. Peace

Good car, exorbitant LDW
Pros: The car was new, clean, and functioned well. The pick up and drop off procedure was straightforward. The staff was friendly and helpful despite their limited English.
Cons: The counter at the Izmir airport is at the International Arrivals terminal and no indication at the domestic arrivals that this is the case. The LDW cost nearly as much as the car rental itself, effectively doubling the rate, and did not include liability.
