Pros:
The car was ready on time, and the staff was kind and helpful. At drop off, they helped us contact our shuttle service back to San Jose, as they were at the incorrect place to pick us up. We were very pleased with the service, and the help.Cons:
We had upgraded to the largest SUV, and we were assigned the Toyota Fortuner. It was OK, but the configuration to put all of the back seats down, is not great, and it limits your cargo space. The way to configure the seats is awkward. The vehicle was a 2019, but it had only one USB port, and it did not have integrated Apple Play or Android Auto. We had expected it to be a bit more upgraded in the electronics. Finally, and this is out of the dealerships hands, the cost to insure the rental was half again the price of the rental. It adds up fast, so be prepared.8.8 Very good

Cons:
I'm pretty sure the staff, Carlos, scratched the gas cover and told us he's helping us out by keeping it between us and that he's saving us $150 by not reporting it. He asked us a couple times if we filled up the fuel and then he showed us this new scratch. We were standing on the opposite side of the car initially. We did tip him for "helping" us but not until later we think we figured him out. He tried to blame the gas station for the scratch since its full service gas stations there but those guys fill gas all day long and I don't know how they would put a big scratch there. It looked like it was keyed. And he even showed us that it's a fresh scratch. When you drop off the car, be on the same side as the worker to make sure they don't try to do this to you.2.0 Poor
