Car was very clean. Staff at the pickup location was great. Drop off at airport a bit confusing and not particularly friendly.

Pros:
Vehicle ran well, gas mileage good!
Cons:
Vehicle did not live up to ad, very small not a 7 passenger 4 bag vehicle. we had five adults and 4 bags and were cramped!
When I picked up they didn't provide an option to prepay for gas. Then when I asked I was told "Oh, it's too late I already checked out." It felt unreasonable that I was never given the option.
