At the time of my reservation they didn't have a car of any kind much less what i had reserved. I called Hertz and they told me the car i reserved would be ready at 8 am the next morning. Turns out the Hertz in Laramie does not open until 9am. No car day two. No car at the nest closet outlet . Gave up and flew home.7.6 Good

Took FOREVER To get the car rented at the airport in Cheyenne, WY. System would not process my credit card. Had to run it again. There was only one person at the airport and there was a fella in front of me who had similar credit card issues. It took an hour from the time I got there and when I drove out with the car. Get your system fixed. The attendant was very polite and tried is best to get things moving faster. He must have to enter a lot of stuff or his side had system issues too.Easirent
