Pros: I reached late, the office was closed but the staff still accommodated me. They were very helpful, friendly, and understanding.
Cons: The walk to the cars is routed around a large fence and there is no gate.

They did NOT have a car!!
Cons: They did NOT have a car for me even though I had the reservation!! Did not expect that from an American company!! Ruined the one day I was there, horrible!!!!

Terrible
Pros: Nothing I can remotely think of. There was nothing good here.
Cons: The jeep was in terrible shape. No seat belt in passenger side rear. Had to wait 30 min for someone to bring in vehicle. The seats were torn with foam coming out.

Cons: They did not have any cars and had to rent from someone else. Please remove them from your list of rental places on Tortola.
