The flight was so late that I had to change connecting flights, turning a five-hour trip into a fourteen-hour nightmare.
It was very good. Our flight was delayed and we as a result missed our connecting flight but rescheduled to the next day. The Need Help staff was so great and offered us compensation that was beyond satisfactory.
Excellent. No issue and it was on time and arrived early, the best!
The flight was oversold and they kept on announcing they were looking for a volunteer to give away their seat, but the announcement has to be louder and clear @ gate 88 and also must precise. Additionally, the departure time kept on changing. But overall it was fine since it was a short flight.
It was terrible! Two hour delays, poor in flight service, made us check our carry on even though there was plenty of overhead storage
Among the poorest flights I’ve had with Delta in a while. Entertainment system failed completely on a 7.5 hr flight. Crew seemed distracted and not the normal friendly crew. Flight overbooked it seemed… very crowded.
Half the bathrooms assigned to economy were out of action
It was a Red-Eye flight so was not comfortable enough to sleep, but seat was as expected. Crew was great and in-flight entertainment was excellent. Flight was smooth

I was surprised to have such bad service since I feel Delta usually does a good job for long haul flights, but this experience was quite bad. Onboarding was chaotic, the flight was uncomfortable as the cabin temp swung from very cold to steaming hot, and the attendants were rude and inattentive.
The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh
My connecting gate in .Chicago was across the aisle from my arriving gate. Otherwise I would not have made my connection. So that was very fortunate.
I flew basic economy, so it was what I expected. Crew was nice though, and flight was quick. Would recommend for flights under 6 hours, otherwise would upgrade to something with more leg room.
Bad, they delayed my flight, lost my connection flight had to stay overnight for the next flight and missed a lot of important meetings. 1 day totally lost!
Airline staff was good the checkin process was ok but the plane itself was very bad the comfort was worst it was worst and the most stiff 5 hours of my life i felt claustrophobic
Everything got delayed we were supposed to land at 1pm and landes at 8-9 pm … was horrible

Brutal as can be … delayed by 24 hours then delayed and hour on the tarmac then delayed three hours in Chicago, screaming child behind me kicking the seat for the better part of 10 hours… couldn’t be worse
My flight was delayed by a whole day, so I lost a day of my vacation.
The check-in and passport submission was complicated and repetitive, due to the poor communication between Air Canada and United. There should have been a single set of instructions and a single questionnaire that provided the data for both airlines.
Departure more than an hour later. Conexion/waiting time at the airport was more than 7 hours :(
Due to the long delays and rescheduling boarding was horrible. However, the gate staff and the flight attendants went above and beyond to remedy our frustrations. They were able to handle every potential harsh situation with Grace, compassion and coolness of head. Kudos to the MIA Gate A12 and night crew of flight 1572 YYZ to MIA.
They give you slippers, which I loved. I wish they gave us more treats and snacks for the long flight.
I liked nothing about this particular flight. Not only it was initially delayed for two hours due to late arrival of the plane, but the flight attendants were also very late to show up coming from a hotel (based on the announcement made by the gate agent). They did not arrive on another late flight, so why couldn't they be on time? Total disrespect of the passengers!! The plane itself was cramped and the seats super uncomfortable. To top off the poor experience, my video screen did not work. To summarize: flight delayed for 3 hours, cramped and no entertainment (for me).
They kept posting delaying flight due to maintenance issues from incoming arrival flight since 10am, the flight is supposed to depart at 3:45pm, after kept delay until 12am, they finally said it’s canceled. What were they doing for the last 13 hours? After 2am, they still don’t find hotel where we can stay. terrible experience!
The crew was very helpful and the aircraft was clean. More attentiveness to us in business class.

Experience was bad. 3.5 hour delay for a 2.5 hour trip. There was no r Transparency about the reason for the delay and it was done 30 mins at a time.
I think the seats on some of their planes are uncomfortable. You can be ok on a short flight of two hours but no more than that. The delays, and also the refreshments on the plane were not enough.
On the new 319 NEO? seatback entertainment system did not work even when the flight attendant rebooted it. At least I had my cell phone to connect with wifi.
Unreliable for flight to and from Paris - taken 6 flights this year and delayed on the way back every single time - very frustrating. And to top it all up - baggage delays are horrendous
Sardine can herringbone layout in business class. Uncomfortable and nowhere to put your book, phone, headphones, etc. worst hard product ever, and the service and food aren’t good enough to make it worthwhile. Expensive garbage. British Airways purchased this thinking only about financials, clearly not customer experience. British Airways business class is the garbage truck of the skies. Hard pass!
I never travelled better and more comfortably than with this flight because I was upgraded to the business class! it was amazing in every aspect. I was able to lay down and sleep, and the food was comparable to a gourmet restaurant menu. The flight was not only on time, but even much earlier, the crew was excellent as well. It felt like a very nice reward after so many uncomfortable and frustrating travels in the past decades. Even though most of my past trips were not with BA, they gave me a memorable gift with this favor. Thank you British Airways!
The crew was so unfriendly. Our (the last) section of the plane only got drink service once during an over 9 hour flight. When it come to the main meal service we only got a vegetarian option and where told the chicken option gone. About 30 minutes later I went to the bathroom and lo and behold the whole crew were eating the chicken option.
it didn’t happen!!! they canceled it like 15 hours before the flight and made me find my OWN replacement flight and talk to them for FOUR hours!!!
A late notice on the departure board of a last minute gate change from A gates to C gates was particularly challenging for us. We are senior citizens who ambulate just fine, at our pace. This late notice caused all of us to run, or in our case, walk as quickly as we could from Gates A to the transit train then down an another long concourse. Anyone with mobility issues or needing a cane to walk would not have made it on their own and they wouldn’t have had enough time to coordinate wheelchairs. At first I thought this was just “how it goes” at airports, until I noticed a text I received on my trip-it app that notified me of this gate change- WELL ahead of the departure boards in the airport. Had I be paying attention to my app instead of the AIRPORT’S information system we would have been able to move on with ease and composed instead of ‘trotting quickly’ and agitated at the new gate.. I see this as a flaw in either the airport’s arrival/departure board system or in BA’s communication to the airport. Either way, there is a LOT of room for improvement.
The flight was cancelled on the day of departure (do not know if it was my connecting flight from Geneva on British Airways, or the flight from London to Boston, as no explanation was provided). I was rerouted through Paris on Air France, and then the flight from Paris to Boston on Air France was cancelled due to aircraft problems. Terrible travel experience so far. Current routing takes me to Detroit on Air France, then to Boston on Delta. May never see my checked luggage again. We will see.
The crew were friendly and helpful, really appreciated. The food was pretty nice. a smidge more leg room would always be welcome but when you buy cheap you get what you get :)

The boarding took about an hour the Flight was delayed about 40 minutes the seat, which I'd paid extra for was extremely cramped I will probably not fly with this airline again
