Best road trip ever!
Pros: This was perfect. No hassle, great customer service beautiful vehicle will all the bells and whistles. It was a great trip because of the comfort my children had!

Multi Class upgrade
Pros: I rented a Hyundai Elantra and was upgraded to a Ford Flex.
Cons: Vehicle was a little dirty. Still acceptable.
