Cons:

I will never use enterprise again. They have closed many of their locations, so the one I rented from was closed. I then had to drive thirty minutes to a new location. And then pay a fee to pick up from the city I initially rented from. Terrible customer service. Plus they are only open 7-7 so if you need help after that, you are out of luck. Will never use again.

I had a small old debt from a car accident rental that had apparently not been paid. Instead of just saying "call corporate" Cameron led me through the process of getting it paid and removed quickly it! Promote him to Teaching the new managers! THANKS!

Did not get care because they changed the terms of pickup and wanted to downgrade to a smaller car. They do not take debit, which is the closest thing to cash. Wil not even call them. Staff is not courteous and act like you are a bother. Look elsewhere, everyone else is just as affordable.

Customer service at location was poor. And it’s taken over a week and a half and I haven’t received my deposit back yet, and I haven’t been notified of any issues with the vehicle.
