Cons: I arrived in Tirana and went to the Hertz. The agent looked at my reservation and told me that he cannot rent the car to me for this price (15 Euros/day). I said that I have a reservation and a confirmation - he said sorry but he has no car... unbelievable! There is not enough room here for the rest
