Staff made me invisible. Card keys seldom work in the elevator. The outside view of the window was pathetic. Food needs lot of improvement. Not the Marriott experience I have had elsewhere in US or Europe.

Pros (+) Upgraded my suite. Very friendly and prompt staff. Good location.
Cons (-) . The AC didn't cool enough properly and was hot as hell in the night . They only had winter duvets in dead is the Chennai summer, had to order sheets. So that combined with hot room due to AC - Couldnt sleep well at all. . The bathroom shower curtain was torn and wasn't the right size so water would fall over creating mess while showering. . Found a bug on the bed (not bed bug)
