Only location as I had a early morning flight.
Service. Staff. Rooms were stinking Hotel badly needs to revamp and renovate the entire property. Attitude of staff was very laid-back and relaxed
Given smoking area room without asking our preference. Poor maintenance, water leaking in toilet. No iron board on room. Checked in at 1 AM so can not wait.
Extremely effective receptionists.
Slow service in the restaurant in the evening just before closing time when we were very hungry.
Well decorated. Very good facilities and food.
Room smelt like a sewer. Lights didn't work. There were exposed live wires, that were dangerous.
Spaghetti bolognese which I ordered for room service was really tasty.
The sheets had marks on them. Something you wouldn’t expect from a hotel that charges 7000 a night! It wasn’t very dirty but it definitely wasn’t the cleanest. Also, the fork that came with my room service food had been washed so poorly that I found dried up grains of rice stuck to it. Again, this hotel is charging Rs. 7000 per night and this is not what you would expect!
