Place is very clean has alot to offer fridge dishwasher stove etc

Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Easy check-in process

Louver blinds over the window didn't block out all the light from the parking lot lights

The hotel was very clean. My room was perfect for me n my husband. The hotel was also pet friendly. If I would have known, I would've brought my dog along. The location was great. Every store you can think of was just minutes away. Shopping mall, grocery stores, restaurants, you name it. I loved the fact that I could prepare food right there in our room. Eating out can be very expensive. I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Jersey.

I asked for towels right after 11pm on my way back in to my room from being out all day. As soon as I was coming in, the clerk at the desk put the gate down. I knocked and asked for clean towels and was told that desk hours are from whatever time until 11pm when he could have simply just given me a few towels. I found it to be rude. The next day I told the manager and she repeated the same thing and said that the regular guests take advantage of coming down after hours to get things. I'm not a regular guest and if I were the manager I wouldn't have handled a unsatisfied guest in that manner. Who wants to hear about other guests when you have an issue. That doesn't solve the issue at hand. If I were a petty person, it would have turned me all the way off from wanting to return to the property.
