Location I had a quiet room on the 4th floor but no lift.
Room was only cleaned on request. Was thick with dust, damp patch on ceiling and flooring of public areas needed repairing. One aspect that needs mentioning is that the reception area was used as a play area/living roomfor the staffs children not guests and exit had been blocked.
Brilliant location, short walk to many attractions. Rooms were big and comfortable.
Staff could of been more welcoming. Always sat on their phones. I even had to ask one gentleman if he worked there. The safes provided in the room “ we don’t have safes” Cleary do just they don’t work. Also the coffee provided in the morning is not worth drinking. However these are small things that could/should be improved on and we would still go back.
The location was great for walking to restaurants, bars, cafes, temples and markets and it is not too far to walk to the night market. Staff were friendly and helped me get some documentation back to New Zealand. Has English speaking tv channels.
Hotel feels just a little tired and in need of up dating
Great location - we were close to everything. Helpful staff who had outstanding English. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, excellent value for money.
The room was very small, so much so that you couldn't properly open the door to the balcony. The balcony also had wood directly across the front so the view was completely obscured. The shower wasn't great.
all is well and good hotel ,staff very nice
nothing i dislike, all is very good ,
