Pros (+) Great location to Night Bazaar, local nik-nak products shopping, bars, Stadium Muay Thai Boxing, and Tha Phae Gate, Sunday Market.
Cons (-) All locations, including Montha Hotel, in entire Chiang Mai has ants, mosquitoes, bugs. Impossible to escape. Chiang Mai was not built to accommodate all the tourists, especially the one tourist group with 1 Billion people. They like to spit everywhere and culturally LOUD.
