Pros (+) Room was clean, bed was reasonably comfortable and Giant TV.
Cons (-) Hotel itself just seemed kind of old & in need of some refurbishing. For the price, I was expecting something a little nicer. I was stranded in Chicago overnight due to weather and had nothing with me. All the front desk could give me was a couple packets of toothpaste to brush my teeth with my finger.

Pros (+) The young woman who checked us in was excellent! She walked us through the Thanksgiving Holiday protocol and our options. My wife particularly liked the bed...she had two great nights of sleep!
