Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access local attractions and the city center. Many also enjoy the pleasant pool area and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. However, there are repeated complaints about poor service, uncomfortable beds, and some cleanliness issues, including reports of bed bugs. Noise from events and other guests is also a concern for those seeking relaxation. While some guests find the rooms attractive and the hotel beautiful, others mention small, dark rooms and a lack of amenities such as air conditioning or elevators.
