Disgusting place but a short walk from the beach.
It was nice being close to the beach. My son enjoyed the swimming pool. Having a parking spot was really nice as well. Cheap.
The mattresses suck. The AC is useless. Too much light gets in at night. People are noisy. The bathtub was peeling paint. The lack of a soap dish left the soap they provided stuck to the bathtub and unable to be reused. There was also a fight that broke out in the parking lot around my son and I, and I got punched for being of a certain color (apparently racism was involved). My son was terrified of being there when we finally got to our room. I talked to the office but they didn't seem to care. Checked out a night early without any reimbursement, a sore jaw, and a traumatized child. Also, the WiFi was pathetic from a business-travelers perspective.
Best place to stay on a budget
The location is vreat and the prices are even better.
Good for the location
Close to the beach. Easily accessible.
Beds were not very comfortable. Air conditioning unit was extremely loud and walls were so thin we could hear the people in adjacent rooms talking.
The location was great
The cleanliness of the bathroom was very unsatisfactory. Our towels had body hair in them and the shower was disgusting and have no water pressuse at all. The bed was very worn and had a huge slump in the middle of the mattress, we only slept 3 hours in total. When we approached management they were rude and disconcerted. We will not be visiting this hotel again.
Online Photos are Misleading
The location is good but this hotel is VERY dated. It's more of a spring-break style hotel. The images online were very misleading.
First of all, the hotel looks nothing like the images pictured online. Secondly, our room was weird with a hodgepodge of furniture, (the two double beds were different sizes and styles). It just felt cheap.
Is this a place to stay
I loved how close it was to the beach and fishing. There were bars near by, and a good crud of people. I did see nor run into ant A holes. The beach is perfect. I only paid $80 per night but this was in oct not the middle of summer. I'm sure the hotel coast way more any other time.
The hotel was old/ extremely out of date. The only new thing was the tv.
The location. It was in walking distance of everything!
No breakfast and wifi was hard to connect to

Extremely noisy. Beds are hard as a rock. If you want any sleep at all, stay somewhere else.
There was mold all over the place, bodily fluids on the bedding, the desk clerk was extremely rude, we were locked out of our room after complaining about the hotel, the hotel is nothing like its described online: it's in the ghetto, not on the beach at all, the rooms are tiny. It's nasty!
They were accommodating to us and quickly moved us to a new room when the lock on our original room had difficulties. Room was mostly clean other than a few hairs on the bathroom floor. The bed was pristine. Good location and good view from the front window. Not a bad hotel for the price.
Though the view was decent, it is from the front window which is usually kept shut by people for privacy. We were under the impression it was a balcony view that we would be able to enjoy. The shower was terrible, it was probably the worst shower I've ever been in, there was never good pressure.
The location is close to the beach and the attractions. Walking or bicycling is not a problem and everything is relatively convenient. The rooms were clean and neat. This was our second stay here. Both times haven't been bad. The staff is relatively friendly, though not too talkative.
The bed was terrible with a huge hump in the middle. The first time we stayed here, the bed was decent. Don't know what happened this time! :(
