Pros (+) The price... and location access to the two major routes in Clermont. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
Cons (-) The money that was used to build this facility was apparently used for the hotel facade. Your VERY basic double bed (real suites have other bed options), shower, refrigerator, microwave, air-condition, electric and running water that's pretty much it for a guest's comfort. 1,This facility is like staying in "High School dorm" 2.
