Pros (+) The hotel was very cozy. The rooms are very spacious. The kitchen is open for anyone to use and comes well equipped. The complimentary breakfast is good as well as the small and large breakfasts for 4 and 6 dollars, respectively. They ran out of rice and beans one day and made everything on the house for us. Cons (-) Air Conditioning would be a great improvement. They do not advertise air conditioning so the buyer is fully aware upon booking. They do have multiple swivel fans in the rooms that help to cool and ventilate. The hotel seems green friendly which may be the reason for not having air conditioning.
