Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the hotel's convenient location in a charming area. Many enjoyed the character and historic atmosphere of the building. Breakfast and cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting issues. The bathrooms, however, were a common source of complaints, with several reviews mentioning they were small, outdated, or not clean. Overall, the positive service and location stood out, but improvements are needed in bathroom facilities and some aspects of cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
