Pros: Is there such thing as a 6 star hotel, because this would be it. It's the most beautiful place in Mexico and the staff is exquisite. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: Always a good stay. We had a balcony room last February. This time we opted for the bathtub-yes, a real bathtub in Mexico! Nice, clean room.
Cons: The shower curtain was too lightweight. When you turned on the light, the fan came on which then sucked the shower curtain into the tub area. Somewhat hazardous if you were trying to shower.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The pool is amazing for the whole family, loved it.
Cons: We found a huge spider on the wall. I had my husband kill it. And there was a few dirt stains on the floor.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: TheStaff were great and the girl that books your trips is so knowledge and proficient with the computer. She helped us out a lot in our directions even though we had maps. They are remodeling near the pool area but we were still able to enjoy it. Food was also great. We had fun in the pools!!
Cons: Only recommendations are to water pressure the pool deck area at least once a week and would like to see a spa some day :)) also a designated bar too.
6.0 Good
Pros: The pool, Restaurant and waitstaff was the best thing about the hotel...
Cons: What I payed for I did not receive and when brought to attention the manager still did not give me what I payed for along with 1 food ticket when it's two adults and one child.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property, great location, friendly attentive staff, nice restaurant. You’ll enjoy this place.
Cons: Bookings say balcony, only select rooms have balconies; though it’s advertised for all rooms.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The pool is very big
Cons: At the reception they couldn’t find my reservation because it was book online the waiters never came to my table to ask if I needed anything I had to go look for them in order for them to take my order
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff at the hotel and restaurant were friendly
Cons: It was a little far from Centro without a car. However, taxi's were cheap.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: That the pool close early we are in a hot state let the pool be open till 11
5.8 Okay
Cons: Smell in the bathroom. Cucaracha
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was fantastic, the facilities did not disappoint. For my young daughter the pools were heaven and for us having a gym available for our use daily was great. The restaurant on the property was fantastic, clean and with some of the best staff I’ve had the pleasure of being waited by. The front desk girls were polite, there was one in particular who was friendly the other two we dealt with each time we went through the lobby were very business like and maybe smiling once or twice wouldn’t hurt them. I had one negative incident with the stay overall, when we checked in apparently our booking included some breakfast vouchers which they dated and proceeded to give to us for every day of our stay, I want to say that it was the third morning when I went to grab the ones for that day I could t find them. I’d left the stack of vouchers on the night stand but they weren’t there. I checked the rest of the room in case we had moved them but nothing, it was odd to me but I didn’t say anything and we headed to breakfast just planning to pay the regular prices but the waiter remembered us and asked for them I explained how they had disappeared and I couldn’t figure out how but that we’d just pay he insisted I go to the front desk and for them to replace them before we got our bill. I went and explain the situation to the lady (one of the ones that wasn’t very friendly) and she didn’t seem to believe me. She said she didn’t know why we’d received all the vouchers at once in the first place because they don’t do that and that they also don’t reissue them. I told her I didn’t know why and that we hadn’t expected those in the first place so I was fine with paying but at this point it was a matter of principle- the vouchers disappeared from our room which made me a little uncomfortable thinking one of the maids may have taken them which goes to question the honesty of their staff.
6.3 Good
Pros: The appearance is great. It looks like a Mexican hacienda.
Cons: The room was clean but the room didn't have a hair dryer or an iron. Had to call front dest several times to get them. The first time I called the response was ... wait until it spots raining... which I understand but not an appropriate response.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is great, in a beautiful park and there where artisans selling home made art, clothing, and products on the weekend.
Cons: The hotel has a policy of asking the guest to return the remote controls for the TV and AC at checkout. this is something new to me and I'm not sure how I feel about it yet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything was great.. a very friendly and beautiful place. people very friendly. loved it all.
Cons: I liked everything.
8.3 Excellent

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Staff and the location and comfort - The Best
7.9 Good
Pros: The general spaces in the hotel are excellent but the rooms are small and out of date. Especially since it is priced in top 10 % for Colima
Cons: Very wide range of prices for rooms .You think you are getting much more than you receive. Prices varied from $1200 to $2400 where most other hotels in Mexico have 2-4 prices and what you get is very different for each. Won't stay again when 1/2 block away is smaller boutique property for 1/3 the price
8.3 Excellent
Pros: hace stayed here many times over 25 years. It just wasn't up to par this trip.
Cons: The room was the smallest we have ever stayed in. The bathroom exceptionally small. No exterior light.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely old building, well maintained. Right on the central square and with apool to cool off in during the heat of the afternoon. Visit it even if you don't stay there!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely old building with modern amenities. Extra t-bags and water in the hallway so you can help yourself any time. Fabulous pool area away from the noise of the town square. Great views of the Jardín Libertad to listen to the music and watch the people dancing. Right beside the main shopping area.
Cons: Everything was good. Nothing to dislike.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were exceptional. The lady making the tortillas in the morning was friendly and made some yummy omelette a and tortillas. The woman cleaning our room had the plumber come up and fix a leaky faucet before I even had a chance to talk to front desk. Another cleaning lady guided us to the gym when she found us wandering .. usual route was closed due to pool cleaning. The fellow driving airport shuttle provided us with lots of great information about other places to visit in Mexico. He found us in the Volaris line and gave us a written summary of his Information. Hotel was clean and well maintained!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was very nice. It was large, clean and comfortable. And the hotel is in a great location.
Cons: I reserved a king suite at least two months ago. I called the hotel a week before my arrival to make sure we had a king suite. When we checked in, we were told we had a "regular" room with no king bed. Finally, after at least 30 minutes, we got our room.
5.0 Okay
Pros: breakfast was good.
Cons: They charge my credit card upon arrival eventhough I had told them booking had charged me a month before. After proving with my credit card online statement that this was already paid for, they started the reinbursment. Parking is 2 blocks away. The door lock to our room didn´t work. The rooms are extremely small. They charge you as if you were in a nice big city hotel and you are not, not a good value.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great
Cons: Everything was great,.. If i have the opportunity to travel again I’ll be staying at this hotel for sure.
6.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was buffet style and fantastic (140 Mex. pesos per person). Freshest tortillas I have ever had-- made on the spot. Great variety; helpful staff.
Cons: Our room was on a noisy side street. The air conditioner wasn't working and we were too tired to call the front desk....
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and customer service
Cons: Rooms are smal. They need to be remodeled.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Most everything, hotel is amazing! Common areas, lots of them and very nice!
Cons: Watch out in the shower, hot water is really hot!

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, a/c, charming courtyard
Cons: Nothing to dislike!
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean hotel, even though the staff didn't speak English, they were very good and did accomodate whenever we needed assistance and information. was quiet and only a 10 minute walk to the center of town.
Cons: Being a little off the tourist area there were no restaurants close other thann a little coffee bar a few doors down from the hotel. Not convenient to any stores for beverage and snacks or ice. Parking is not at the hotel. It was somewhere a few blocks away. We found a spot on the road outside the hotel and left the car there for 3 days and used taxis. They are very inexpensive in Colima and we didn't have to deal with the driving around a very busy town.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, helpful staff, convenient location
Cons: We thought there would be a restaurant
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff is really nice and try to accommodate your needs. Good value for the money. Only a few blocks of walking to el centro and there is a tienda about 2 blocks away that sells drinks and snacks. Safe neighborhood and easy to navigate. Clean, safe and friendly area. Regarding the room size and windows. I didn't think that the rooms were that small. I have stayed in smaller places that made me feel kind of closed in. The windows do open up to the patio. You just need to open up the panel closest to the door first, there is a metal latch at top and bottom of wood shutter than will open and then expose the other interior latches to open other part of window. Fairly decent selection of tv channels (was feeling ill for a couple of days so this mattered to me).
Cons: The noise level is sometimes an issue with adjoining rooms. Water pipe noises from the room next door were pretty loud, didn't know what was going on at first, very strange sound, but luckily next door person had reasonable hours. The noise level is typical of open aired, courtyard style places. But I have heard much worse. When the hotel is full, it could probably be more of an issue. The Red Cross is across the street and they don't use their sirens until a few blocks away, but their backup beepers are a little annoying. The church on the corner rings their bells at 6 am. It could be annoying for light sleepers. Always have your earplugs ready in Mexico! I stayed for 4 days and the first night took awhile to get used to, but after that is was fine.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Liked having something to eat in the morning, from their limited selection of breakfast menu items.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a clean room and near the downtown
Cons: *
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Incredible value for money. Staff are incredibly friendly, rooms are good size (we had the "single" which is a standard double) with air conditioning. Hotel is about 10 mins walk from the centre of Colima.
Cons: We had a room on the second floor and all the rooms face onto the central courtyard. For privacy all of the windows are obscured, which makes sense, but it meant that there was absolutely no view from the room and it felt a little gloomy.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good value for money and very pleasent staff
Cons: Surely not worth the 4 stars, it s a 3 stars at the very best Lots of light coming through the room during the day as part of the main door is in glass, also kind of noisy as it s in front of a chruch and a ambulance parking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone very helpful rooms super clean cozy
Cons: Very small hotel but cute and cozy i love the decor

Cons: No hot water, cold showers, no continental breakfast, in fact free breakfast offer given to us, then later taken away.

Pros: The bed was quite comfortable and the darkening drapes were great.
Cons: The wall are kind of thin. Could hear people walking to there rooms and anytime the toilets were flushed in adjoining rooms.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beds were very comfy, food was good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Clean and well kept, secure parking, good location for a traveler with a car. Staff is great! Totally enjoyed our stay. Arrived two hours early and they were able to put us into our room, no problem. We love this hotel. It is our fourth stay here.
7.1 Good
Cons: Terrible lighting, tiny inadequate lamps, no overhead lights, bathroom lights too dim way too many pillows Easy chair inaccesible in corner (useless) and desk chair not suited for desk.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The food via room service or the breakfast buffet is really good.
Cons: Water pressure in the showers is poor. Hotel rooms quite run down in need of redecoration. Air conditioning system needs to be overhauled. It’s just a very average, motor-hotel... it’s 5 star rating should be reviewed.
5.4 Okay
Cons: air co was not working call put in 10 pm arrived 1.30 am
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is modern and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was plenty of hot water and the beds were very comfortable. I wasn't interested in being close to the central plazas, so the hotel's location suited my needs - it was right off the highway and close to shopping centers. Although the fitness center is simple, there was a good treadmill for running. The pool area provides a quiet place to relax.
Cons: I was given a room on the highway side. The traffic was not noisy but there is a bar next to the hotel that plays loud music at night. If you get a room, make sure it is located on the pool side. No other problems at all.
7.5 Good
Pros: Easy stay nothing special but exactly as I expected for the money I paid
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It is on highway, so it was very convinient. It was very clean. It has modern look with great interiors. After coming from journey it was feeling good to relax. View from our room was of famous Volcanic Mountain. BEST WAS ITS RESTAURENT. Food were tasty, i am vegan so chef cooked accordingly with great taste. Loved it.
Cons: Rooms light (Brightness) were less in night. Most irritating was a passage light in room. It is auto detectable light. So if you are not standing in passage, light will be OFF so again you will are in dim room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, and the facilities were very clean and nice. The staff was extremely polite and service-oriented; a true reflection of the warm people from Mexico. Their breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious.
Cons: There's nothing I didn't like. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I was hoping for a more Mexican style on the decor, but it was rather business-like and plain. Still very nice! The beds were very comfortable too, medium firm, but plushy.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good location in relation to what part of the city we wanted to be close to and it felt like a safe and trustworthy location to spend the night.
Cons: The staff was not friendly. Not at check in, when asked questions or at checkout. When we checked in they made it much more difficult than I’ve ever experienced, we were told where to go in terms of where our room was actually located so I asked very nicely which way to head to which I got looks like I was an idiot (took 3 people to check us in mind you). We headed to the elevators and when the elevator doors never opened after about 5 Min and the number on the screen didn’t budge like they sometimes do as the elevator is going from floor to floor we finally went and asked the front desk and the guy that responded (one of the ones who checked us in) had the audacity to ask if we pressed the button...with a sarcastic tone, it was plain rude. It wasn’t our first time using an elevator or booking hotel rooms and we have stayed at much nicer places but they seemed to have the attitude of being too good for us to stay from the minute we were dropped off at their main entrance and proceeded to check in to the minute we left. I had to continually remind myself it was just for the one night and as a last minute choice we had to make to stay there. I don’t review often but when I have such a bad experience I figure it’s worth it so that hopefully the establishment can help get their staff up to speed on good customer service as in this case they are the face of the business and dealing with the public all day long.

This hotel has facilities measuring 388 square feet (36 square meters), including a meeting room. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.1 Good
Pros: We stayed here because of the property's proximity to the local craft brewery. The room was comfortable.
Cons: The price seems a little high for the fact that it is on the autopista outside of the city and farther away from most of the attractions in Colima. The rooms are clean but outdated - for example, the shower appears to be high-tech with a panel of several different buttons, but the whole panel is broken and has never been replaced. I also did not like that you have to have your key card inserted in a panel near the door in order to have any electricity in the room.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff, cleanliness,gardens
Cons: Shower needed repairs. Bed too firm. No ice or veding machiness. Breakfast was 6 out of 10
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place to stay !!!! The people are amazing and the room are clean and comfortable
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I love it
Cons: Non
4.6 Okay
Pros: It was bright and once been nice hotel. Pictures about the hotel are much better than the rooms really are.
Cons: My walkietalkies, used for baby monitor, got lost from my room and the staff just said that they dont know anything. (They checked from the cleaner though). Pool was not cleaned. Shower was broken, but usable. Noone even tried to talk English... it was next to the highway, so the noice got into the poolarea.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to the center. Restaurants close by. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Forgot my phone in the taxi and they called the driver and got it back for me. Excellent!
5.0 Okay
Cons: Night manager, Gil, seemed unfamiliar with hotel policies and facilities. He charged 100 pesos extra for my dog. The AC didn’t work and Gil didn’t take much ownership of the problem. I asked for a portable fan. Gil said he’d try to locate one, but never got back to me. Nor was he able to solve the AC problem. For that reason, we were forced to sleep with the window open (no cross-ventilation, a very busy, noisy street). The smell from the drains in Room 6 was very unpleasant.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly. The rooms are better than the place looks from the exterior. We appreciated the secure parking. It is a few blocks from the main core, but a pleasant walk. Our room was kept very clean.
Cons: The AC was noisy, but it worked well.

Pros: Beautiful location. Charming setting. Comfortable room. Remote, far away from crowds. The property manager, Angel, was excellent. He worked hard to successfully resolve some issues.
Cons: Check-in was not good. Our room wasn't ready on time. Staff didn't know what they were doing. No air conditioning, had to sleep with windows open all night. No WiFi. Restaurant too SLOW!

Pros: The staff
Cons: The bathrooms
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: No bottled water, no ice, air conditioning very poor. For water they said I should go to Oxxo!
4.6 Okay
Pros: The only thing we liked were the beds
Cons: 1. No hot water in the evening (we had to call for that) 2. Only one outlet and it didn't work. We had to disconnect the TV to use an outlet 3. Toilet didn't flush well 4. The card keys kept deactivating..they tried to blame us for having it near the cell (not our case) even the maintenance personnel brought us keys and by the time he got to our room, which we were waiting in the hall for, the card deactivated again. 5. For the price we could have stayed at a hotel that included breakfast. 6. Hotel looks run down.
