Random people was knocking on my door after the third time I called the front desk(from my cell phone because the phone on the room was not working) and the attendant from the front desk showed up right away. I am clear I did not like the fact that people was knocking on my door in the middle of the knight.
Better cleaning, more lighting, less noise, less weed smell, better cleaning inside and outside the room, better wifi(only worked close to the lobby) Working TV and room Phone, clean bed sheets(had blood residue and cigarette burn(I thought was a non smocking facility) less fights outside the room.

I woke up wit red spots on me and I had a bed bug by my ear... They really need ta upgrade on tha housekeeping staff and tha speed of the front desk staff... They were very slow and unprofessional....
Dirty, loud, TV didn't work and they gave me two tiny beds Instead one big one so my husband and I couldn't sleep on the same bed even though that's what we booked with our reservation. Will not be back and I will not let others I know make the same mistake I did.
No hot water and customer service stinks prostitution is horrible over there nothing attractive about this place

The hotel was extremely run DOWN..There was a broken toilet just laying in the yard passed the pool as if thrown from the upper level rooms. The pool was somewhat drained with jusr NASTY stuff & trash all in the bottom along with trash all around the cement areas. People SITTING on the steps & when you walk by asking for cigs, money, etc.. SCARY. We didn't leave our room til we left. Needs to be demolished. There's no way even a remodel would do the trick.
Took a long time before they even answer the phone. I was calling from 9 am to 11:30.

Price was good and the room was clean. I was extremely tired and slept very well. It is right next to a 24hr Waffle House, which was a huge plus.
The facility is very dated, the room had significant problems. I was there on a day that was unusually cold (20 degrees), and the shower couldn’t get more than cool. The room was unable to be heated until I shoved a towel under the door.

It was right off the highway and perfectly placed for our halfway point to New Orleans, but so are many other motels that I wish I would have reserved.
This motel may be the reason I read online reviews from now on. This was a poorly kept up motel in a poor part of town. Door knob and lock looked to be duck taped to the inside of the front door. Extension cords webbed across the walls for easy electrical access. Broken TV and a broken bed. The icing on the cake was the homeless man (or drunk man that didn’t quite make it to his room) that we found sleeping outside our door in the morning. I was embarrassed to bring my girlfriend to such a place and will never not read reviews before making my next reservation .

Gross, non-smoking room stunk of smoke, thank god there were 2 beds as the first had dirty sheets. Loud drinkers and drug deals as well as prostitution. Employee even said we would be safer in the room right behind office that smelled than get a room toward the back. This property shouldn't even be an option. I will not use Kayak to book again!
