Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the outstanding service and friendliness of the hotel staff, as well as the convenient location close to the bus terminal. However, there are frequent complaints about the breakfast being minimal and the hotel showing signs of age and lack of maintenance. Cleanliness and room size receive mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms spacious and clean, while others mention issues with upkeep and comfort. Overall, the staff and location are the hotel's strongest points, while breakfast and maintenance could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
