Pros (+) Everything seems clean, staff very friendly. Definitely a locals hotel. Was walking distance to office.

Cons (-) Older hotel and shows. Bit rough around edges. Bed very hard, 6th floor elevator controls had one side not working, loose, hanging by 1 screw, and only down working on other side.
